Mondo Description Castleman disease (CD) is a benign lymphoproliferative disorder that may present as a localized or multicentric form. The clinical manifestations are heterogeneous, ranging from asymptomatic discrete lymphadenopathy to recurrent episodes of diffuse lymphadenopathy with severe systemic symptoms.
