Mondo Description Preaxial polydactyly-colobomata-intellectual disability syndrome is characterised by growth retardation, intellectual deficit, preaxial polydactyly and colobomatous anomalies. It has been described in one pair of sibs (brother and sister). The mode of transmission is thought to be autosomal recessive.
