Promotes the differentiation of protein-induced pluripotent stem (PiPS) cells into endothelial cells and the formation of vascular-like tubes (in vitro). Involved in the transcription induction of vascular endothelial-cadherin (VE-cadherin) expression. Associates to the VE-cadherin gene promoter.
