Mondo Description A chronic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology that affects the vulva. It is characterized by the development of white elevated plaques in the vulva. Histologically there is marked subepithelial fibrosis. Clinical manifestations include pruritus, dysuria, and dyspareunia.
