Mondo Description Hypomyelination with atrophy of basal ganglia and cerebellum (H-ABC) is characterized by slowly progressive spasticity, extrapyramidal movement disorders (dystonia, choreoathetosis and rigidity), cerebellar ataxia, moderate to severe cognitive deficit, and anarthria/dysarthria.
