Mondo Description Hamel cerebro-palato-cardiac syndrome is an X-linked intellectual disability syndrome (XLMR) characterized by intellectual deficiency, microcephaly and short stature. It belongs to the group of disorders collectively referred to as Renpenning syndrome.
