Mondo Description Autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy (ADNFLE) is a seizure disorder characterized by intermittent dystonia and/or choreoathetoid movements that occur during sleep. The clusters of nocturnal motor seizures are often stereotyped and brief.
Disease Ontology Description A frontal lobe epilepsy that is characterized by autosomal dominant inheritance with childhood onset of clusters of brief nocturnal motor seizures with hyperkinetic or tonic manifestations.
