Uniprot Description A skeletal disorder characterized by short stature, joint pain, genu vara and spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia involving the hips, knees, ankles, wrists and hands. Patients also exhibit variable degrees of metaphysis and spine involvement. SEMDDR transmission pattern is consistent with autosomal dominant inheritance.
