Mondo Description Pachygyria-intellectual disability-epilepsy syndrome is a rare, genetic neurological disorder characterized by the presence of diffuse pachygyria and arachnoid cysts, psychomotor developmental delay and intellectual disability. Seizures (absence, atonic and generalized tonic-clonic) and, on occasion, headache are also associated.
