Mondo Description A condition characterized by the presence of a growing mature teratoma in a patient during or after chemotherapy for a non-seminomatous germ cell tumor, with normal serum markers for human chorionic gonadotropin and alpha fetoprotein. Complete surgical resection is the preferred treatment.
