Mondo Description Grange syndrome is characterised by stenosis or occlusion of multiple arteries (including the renal, cerebral and abdominal vessels), hypertension, brachysyndactyly, syndactyly, increased bone fragility, and learning difficulties or borderline intellectual deficit. Congenital heart defects were also reported in some cases.
