Mondo Description Tuberculosis that involves any region of the gastrointestinal tract, mostly in the distal ileum and the cecum. In most cases, mycobacterium tuberculosis is the pathogen. Clinical features include abdominal pain; fever; and palpable mass in the ileocecal area.
