It includes neuroendocrine tumors (well-differentiated endocrine tumors or carcinoid tumors and well differentiated endocrine carcinomas) and neuroendocrine carcinomas (poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas, small cell carcinomas, and large cell neuroendocrine carcinomas).
